Taco Bell

Worst fast food place I have ever been to. Their website said the cheesy bean and rice burrito was $1 so I ordered four. They charged me $1.49 each. They were out of Mexican Pizza shells too. When I asked about the price difference they said to call their main office. Employees were very rude. On a previous visit I paid with a $100 bill and was shorted a dollar. When I complained I was given the additional dollar but when I got home I saw that the two chicken burritos had chicken scraps in it instead of real chicken. The black woman who brought the food to the drive up window literally threw the bag of food at me. Very poor service. Beware!

Customer service is something to be desired. I watched a gentleman walk in ask if anyone was working the counter, he was told no by the same person that just took my order at the counter. The gentleman turned around and left. It took 10 minutes to get tacos. Will not be back. I can understand why they can’t get help.

Worst Taco Bell ever! Tables are dirty, manager stressed out and making sure everyone knows it! Ordered my food on the kiosk, after waiting 15 minutes, someone finally showed there gave at the counter and had my order wrong, went back to fix it and another 10 minutes went by and I had to get manager then they finally fixed my food! Will not be back!
